Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QFI Terminal ("the Service"), operated by Quantum Flow Investments ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QFI Terminal is a web-based financial data terminal providing market data, analytics, and research tools. The Service is offered on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription plans ("PRO").

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

• You may register using email, Google, X (Twitter), or a Solana wallet.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

• PRO subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually).
• All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Stripe handles billing, VAT, and invoicing.
• Prices are displayed in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes. VAT/GST may apply based on your location.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Discounts (affiliate codes) are applied at checkout and may change at our discretion.

6. Free Trial & Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan with restricted access to PRO features.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data obtained from the Service.
• Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access PRO features without authorization.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data presented through QFI Terminal are the property of Quantum Flow Investments or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Data & Financial Disclaimer

• The Service provides financial data and analytics for informational purposes only.
• Nothing on QFI Terminal constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Flow Investments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
